Personal Mortgage Service

Makes Mortgage Sense

The single largest investment for many of us is housing. To me it makes mortgage sense to work with a professional who will care about your best interests and provide ongoing client care. Banks and mortgage lenders regularly provide their customers a loan and that is it. Typically the service stops right after the documents are signed and they have your money. You may not even know how much you paid to get the loan or why you paid what you were charged.

I am a trained professional who provides one on one service to all clients.  The relationship continues after the closing. Once or twice a year we review your mortgage situation and take action if needed. I do my best to inform and educate all clients regarding mortgage programs, costs and strategies. This exclusive Personal Mortgage Service (PMS) makes mortgage sense.

PMS from Sam is a good thing!

Why Pre Qualify?

It is simple. When you become pre qualified you and your Realtor will know exactly what price range you can afford. This will allow you to concentrate your home search effort to the right kind of properties. This is a great time saver plus sellers love qualified buyers!

Should I Lock Or Should I Float?

Most of the time it is ok to float your rate until a few days before you close your loan unless you think rates will be rising in the near future. Once you lock your rate most lenders do not allow any changes. Shorter locks often offer better rates. Longer locks almost always come with a higher rate or, you have to pay extra to get a lower rate. The good news is that, even with our fluctuating market mortgage rates remain historically low.

Please call for more information.
